Southeast Bridge Capital agreed to provide a bridge loan with flexible repayment while the Borrower lists the property for sale. Loan, at roughly 52% of the appraised value of the property, was closed in three weeks.
Income from sale of property will provide takeout of Southeast Bridge Capital loan. 12-month term provides ample exposure time.
